A story of an Army officer who says Obama must prove his eligibility to be president or he won’t follow Obama’s orders?
First of all – I’m a civilian now – if I want to call Obama a piece of shit … I’ll call him one … and here it is …
He’s a piece of shit for what he’s doing to this country.
There … I said it.
It’s great being a civvie, especially in a Socialist country. But I have to tell you – this officer is WRONG. He’s sworn to follow the orders of the Commander In Chief and Obama is that Commander in Chief. It’s not for the officer to determine presidential eligibility – otherwise there would be THOUSANDS of findings of eligibility (one for every officer in the armed forces). Nope – it’s not his job. Obama’s eligibility has been determined by the electoral college and that is why he’s living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
I would recommend to this officer (and all officers) … to abandon the armed services in an orderly and expedient manner. The next time they are eligible to leave under honorable circumstances – they should resign. And put in their resignation letter that the reason they are resigning is because they don’t want to take orders from a socialist radical who has never upheld the values of the constitution that the armed services have fought for, for over 200 years.
That’s the way to do it.

The letter re Obama was from a retired Brig-Gen.
When Obama has not proven that he is entitled to become the USA president then surely this gentleman has the right to request, that until such times the birth certificate is produced then Obama should not be considered Comm in chief.
I cannot understand why this issue isn’t causing uproar in America, that is,should it be common knowledge.
The letter was viewed at Atlas Shrugs.
Apparently there had been an armed forces vote, over 60% said; they’d refuse to serve were Obama not fully verified to take up the role of President.
The court case brought by a fellow democrat minister appears to keep bumping into a brick wall of silence,when all he’s asking is to see is the birth certificate.
A conspiracy too far, I don’t know!
I believe that Obama needs to prove his eligibility – I didn’t say that Obama is eligible to be president – I only said he was “determined” to be eligible and qualified visa vis the electoral college.
And the retired Brigadier General can write what he wishes – and I applaud that – he’s retired.
But the active duty officer in question must follow the orders of those appointed over him – and between him and Obama – it’s a very long chain of command filled with a lot of officers who have more of a right to question Obama’s eligibility than this officer does. Obama doesn’t issue this officer ANY orders … this officer receives his orders from an officer appointed over him. If anyone in the chain of command is to question it should be the Chiefs of Staff – not this officer.
I didn’t support this kind of thing when GI’s did it to Bush – I can’t support it here. My recommendation is that these officers leave the military service asap – and not serve this radical socialist who is bent on violating his oath as President and destroying our Constitution.
And one more time – Obama SHOULD release his birth certificate.
