The ONE TRILLION PLUS Porkulus bill will pass tonight. I say ONE TRILLION PLUS because you have to consider the interest this BOMB is going to generate – and you asked for it America – don’t blame Obama – look in the mirror. You went to the polls and allowed a smooth con-man to sell you a bill of goods. He looked in you in the eye – and lied when he said he wouldn’t raise your taxes. He looked you in the eye and lied when he told you he would seek a dollar of buget cuts to match every dollar of spending he added. He told you all that – and you knew he was lying – but voted him in anyway.
Now – find a way to explain to your grandchildren how YOU and your generation – ended their financial freedom just because YOU were afraid of the pain of a recession.
Even if this works – it’s not going to produce a BOOMING economy – and that’s what it is going to take to pay back this leviathan debt we’ve just taken on behalf of our grandkids.
Let’s look at some facts here ladies and gents …
Before any of this PORKULUS came along …
1. Your grandkids were facing a $4 TRILLION DOLLAR SHORTFALL in Social Security over the next 75 years.
2. Your grandkids were facing an $8.1 TRILLION DOLLAR SHORTFALL in the Medicare and Prescription Drug programs over the same period.
(Oh yeah … those numbers are IN TODAY’S DOLLARS – the actual amount your kids will pay will be grotesquely more.)
And those are only the tips of the iceberg – the highlights – there was already too much debt accruing in other places of the budget.
Let’s also not forget the Joe Biden prediction – that there will be a terrorist attack soon. Hmmm … if a dirty bomb goes off in San Francisco … think maybe we’ll need some $$ to put things back together? A lot of damn money??
Now add to that the fact that, right now – there’s around 3 working taxpayers for every retiree drawing social security. However, that number will draw down to less than 2 working taxpayers per retiree as soon as the baby boomers all retire. And the baby boomers are going to be the most demanding of generation of retirees this nation has ever seen – and your kids and grandkids are going to be paying for you.
And – “Oh Thanks Grandpa” … you just added another Trillion to all that mess for them to deal with. I can’t think of anything more selfish than to kill your progeny’s chances for enjoying a free society like the one YOUR parents handed to you. So this makes us a generation with VERY BAD KARMA.
And this is NOT the end. The Democrats are already disassembling the very financial engine that would help your kids pay this bill – and you’re letting them do it. The Democrats are throwing money at Wall Street and taking power from the executives as they do it. Now … if an executive takes a crap – some Democrat is there in the bathroom making sure he doesn’t wipe his ass with expensive toilet paper paid for with bailout money from the government.
You think we’re in trouble now? No ladies and gentlemen – the troubles we have now PALE with what we’ll see as soon as the Capitalists realize the Dem’s have successfully KILLED CAPITALISM. So there goes the guys who would help your kids pay for all this debt you’re throwing at them.
It don’t stop there though – oh no …
Cuz entitlements are going up – UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. Mmmmm goodie. Your kids are going to enjoy paying for all those medical bills a leviathan baby boomer generation of retirees is going to generate. Yes Siree.
And let’s not forget the ILLEGAL ALIENS – which the Democrats rely on for votes to stay in power. That’s why so many Democrats are opposed to reasonable identification requirements at polling stations – because they want those votes. So not only are your kids going to have to pay for YOUR DEBT, AND YOUR RETIREMENT – they aren’t going to have the political power to effect their own politcal destinies.
