It’s been about a week since I’ve blogged … sorry but I had some pretty important “deliverables” due at work. We got ‘em out on time … but it took a lot of work. 
Now to the race … oh yeah … McCain is getting CREAMED in the polls. Well, that’s actually an overstatement … he’s still capable of winning … but I’m not sure he wants to anymore. That is a cryin’ shame, because when you run for your party’s nomination and get it – you the people in that party a fight. McCain is letting his conscience get to him.
Take for example, when a few McCain supporters hurled some “epithets” … well, like they yelled “Terrorist” or “Off With His Head!” whenever they heard Obama’s name mentioned at the rallies. The drive-by media was so <sarcasm> OUTRAGED </sarcasm> and accused McCain of “whipping up hatred”.
How ludicruous. This is the same media that has broadcast Team Obama’s propaganda to the letter. Did they accuse Obama of “hate speech” when Sarah Palin was threatened with gang rape if she ever went to New York? Oh hell no … they didn’t. They just passed it off as a “lunatic comedian” making a joke. Did they accuse Obama of exciting criminal activity when Sarah Palin’s email account was broken into by the son of a Democratic Party hack? Oh hell no … they didn’t. Did they accuse “The One” of inciting hatred when Chevy Chase said about Sarah Palin … “I WANT THIS WOMAN COMPLETELY DESTROYED!”
Oh hell no … they didn’t.
McCain … in light of the drive-by accusations should have LAUGHED AT THEIR FACES.
But no … he balked and gave in. He unilateraly disarmed himself and started chastising his own supporters and telling them “Don’t fear an Obama Presidency”.
Excuse Me?
McCain needs to pull it together, because a great many of us out here gave $$ to put HIM in the White House. He needs to earn that $$ by fighting and doing what it takes (legally) to get in there.
