Sarah Palin completely assasinated Joe Biden in last night’s Vice Presidential Debate.
She did it the old fashioned way … she earned it.
And she did it honestly.
I’m sorry … to all the liberal pundits who are trying to say how Biden won the debate because he displayed more “gravitas” and threw out more “facts” …
But I’m sorry … I don’t assign “gravitas” points to a candidate that blatantly lies on the podium during the debate. Some of Biden’s lies …
- Obama didn’t agree to meet with the leader of Iran without “preconditions”. Oh yes he did!
- That he’s always been for “clean coal”. Oh NO he hasn’t.
- McCain voted “the exact same way” as Obama to increase taxes on Americans earning just $42,000. Patently False.
- Said he’s for offshore oil drilling but this is false. He’s even compared offshore oil drilling to “raping the outer continental shelf”.
- Said that Pakistan could hit Israel with their nuclear missiles … but Israel is in excess of 2,000 miles from Pakistan and Pak’s missiles have a max range of about 1,400 miles … not even close.
- Claimed that the U.S. and France kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon. Patently false … Hezbollah has been in Lebanon for decades and it’s presence continues today.
- Claimed that he and Barack argued publicly to put NATO troops into Lebanon to keep Hezbollah out of Lebanon … yet NATO would have no authority to do that.
So the Liberals can cheaply try to take Sarah Palin’s hard won victory in this debate from her … but I won’t … because most of Joe Biden’s salient points were scarred with falsehood.
Of particular interest to me was watching Joe squirm as Sarah confronted him with his own anti-Obama rhetoric from the Democratic primaries. Obama voted against funding the troops … and during the primary campaign … Biden called Obama on this … and said Obama was allowing politics to trump principle and soldiers WOULD DIE as a result. Sarah rolled this comment into a crude sandpaper tube … and then stuffed it sideways up Joe Biden’s ass … and he visibly winced.
Uhhm … yeah … she killed him. This picture sums it up from me … and you can guess which one is Joe Biden …
