A Tax on Wall Street?

I’ll support it alrighty …
If the Democrats also agree to put a special tax on the incompetant legislators (read: Democrats) who used and abused and the Community Reinvestment Act.  And … Double that tax for anyone who ever took money from Freddie or Fannie.
