Nixon’s Ghost is based out of Southern Louisiana – so don’t be surprised if you see some items here occasionally of interest to Southern Louisiana – and why not? Everyone in the nation is interested in Louisiana politics and the whole U.S. of A. is pulling for Louisiana to escape the bonds of corrupt political cronyism. We’re doing well here now – with the election of Bobby Jindal as governor.

Why Nixon? He’s not my favorite President – but he gets a bum rap in my opinion. Nixon was a great President in spite of Watergate. Nixon was a better President than Kennedy … and one helluva lot better than Carter.
Something You Should Know About Me
I remember, and will NEVER FORGET how the Democrats attempted to disenfranchise military absentee voters in Florida and other states during the 2000 Presidential election. At the same time the Democrats were screaming that “Every Vote Should Be Counted” … they were denying that right to Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen stationed overseas defending our country. I can think of nothing lower and more dishonorable than this – I will NEVER forget it. No … not all democrats condoned this systematic disenfranchisement of our fighting men and women – but I’ve yet to see a single one even acknowledge that it happened and certainly no Democrat has ever apologized for it.
Additionally … I will never forget that the Democrats openly worked for a defeat for this country in the Global War on Terrorism. To me … the enemy is clearly defined … and he is Islamo Fascism; the Leftist American Drive-By media; and the “Terrorist’s Rights Party” … the Democratic Party.
Not always happy with the Republicans – but I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THE DEMOCRATS.
